Description
The Thermo Scientific UltiMate 3000 HPLC system is applied for the analysis of the API (active pharmaceutical ingredient) amphetamine and its counterions. The separation is performed using a Thermo Scientific Acclaim Trinity P1 column, with both UV and charged aerosol detection. Amphetamine and saccharin respond to UV detection; aspartate, saccharin and sulfate respond to charged-aerosol detection. Note that metal contamination will cause peak tailing, and before use, the column should be cleaned with a chelating agent at pH 4.Market: | Pharma |
