Determination of Sulfate and Sulfamate in Topiramate Using a Compact Reagent-Free Ion Chromatography System
Description
Determination of sulfamate and sulfate are used to monitor and confirm topiramate degradation. In application note 238 we demonstrate the use of a Reagent-Free Ion Chromatography (IC) system with a Thermo Scientific Dionex IonPac AS11 column and suppressed conductivity detection for the determination of sulfamate and sulfate in topiramate.
