Separation of Fc and Fab Fragments from Papain Digested Denosumab sample by Reverse Phase Chromatography
Description
The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC Bio-LC system is applied for the separation of Fc and Fab Fragments from papain digestion of Denosumab sample by reverse phase chromatography. The separation was performed on Thermo Scientific MabPac RP column with a UV detection of 280 nm.
