Separation of oxidized and deamidated impurities of Infliximab by reverse phase chromatography

Instrument Type: HPLC (Biocompatible)

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 Bio-LC system is applied for the Reverse phase analysis of Infliximab. The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific MabPac RP column with UV detection at 214 nm. All oxidized and deamidated impurities are well separated.

Separation of Oxidized and Deamidated impurities from Rituximab by reverse phase chromatography

Instrument Type: HPLC (Biocompatible)

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 Bio-LC system is applied for the reverse phase analysis of Rituximab (Drug Substance sample). The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific MAbPac RP column. with UV detection at 214 nm. With a total run time of 70 minutes the method allows separation of all oxidized and deamidated impurities of Rituximab

Separation of Oxidized and Deamidated Impurities from Denosumab by Reverse Phase Chromatography.

Instrument Type: HPLC (Biocompatible)

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC Bio-LC system is applied for the Reverse phase analysis of Denosumab. The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific MabPac RP column with a UV detection of 214 nm. With a run time of 80 minutes, the method allows easy separation of oxidized and Deamidated impurities.

Separation of Fc and Fab Fragments from Papain Digested Denosumab sample by Reverse Phase Chromatography

Instrument Type: UHPLC

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC Bio-LC system is applied for the separation of Fc and Fab Fragments from papain digestion of Denosumab sample by reverse phase chromatography. The separation was performed on Thermo Scientific MabPac RP column with a UV detection of 280 nm. With a run time of 15 minutes, the method allows easy separation of Fab and Fc fragments from papin digested Denosumab sample.

Influence of Column Temperature on Reversed-Phase Chromatography of an Intact Antibody

Instrument Type: HPLC (Biocompatible)

The Thermo Scientific Vanquish Flex UHPLC System was used in combination with the MAbPac RP column for the reversed-phase analysis of intact bevacizumab. Column thermostatting strongly influences peak shape and recovery. For runs with column temperature set between 60 and 90 °C, peak width at half height is below 3 seconds for a 30 minutes long gradient. The largest peak area is obtained at 70 °C, and decreases steeply at higher and lower column temperatures. Carry-over decreases at higher temperature. At 70 °C the carry-over is estimated at 0.37%.
