Separation of Fc and Fab Fragments from Papain Digested Denosumab sample by Reverse Phase Chromatography
Instrument Type: UHPLCThe Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC Bio-LC system is applied for the separation of Fc and Fab Fragments from papain digestion of Denosumab sample by reverse phase chromatography. The separation was performed on Thermo Scientific MabPac RP column with a UV detection of 280 nm. With a run time of 15 minutes, the method allows easy separation of Fab and Fc fragments from papin digested Denosumab sample.
