Separation of Vitamin C, Vitamin B12, Folic Acid and Vitamin-E from Multivitamin Capsules.

Instrument Type: HPLC

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC system is applied for the separation of multivitamins (Folic Acid,Vitamins C, B12, and E from a Multivitamin Capsule. The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim Polar Advantage-II HPLC column with a UV detection at 270 nm. With a run time of 35 minutes, the method allows easy separation of Vitamin C, B12, Folic Acid and E from Multivitamin Capsule.

Improved analysis of water-soluble vitamin standards using a Thermo Scientific Acclaim C30 column

Instrument Type: HPLC

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 RS system is applied for the analysis of seven water-soluble vitamins. The separation was performed in less than 12 minutes on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim C30 5 µm column, with UV detection at 210 nm.

Fast analysis of water-soluble vitamin standards on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim PolarAdvantage II (PA2) RSLC column with TFA mobile phase additive

Instrument Type: UHPLC

The Thermo Scientific UltiMate 3000 HPLC system is applied for the analysis of water-soluble vitamin standards. The separation is performed on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim PolarAdvantage II (PA2) RSLC column, with UV detection at 210 nm.

Fast analysis of water-soluble vitamins in a lemon soft drink using a Thermo Scientific Acclaim PolarAdvantage II (PA2) RSLC column with TFA mobile phase additive

Instrument Type: UHPLC

The Thermo Scientific UltiMate 3000 HPLC system is applied for the analysis of water-soluble vitamins in a lemon soft drink. The separation is performed on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim PolarAdvantage II (PA2) RSLC column, with UV detection at 210 nm.

Assay for water-soluble vitamins in vitamin tablets using a polar-embedded HPLC column

Instrument Type: HPLC

The Thermo Scientific HPLC system is applied for the determination of water-soluble vitamins in vitamin tablets. The separation is performed on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim PolarAdvantage (PA) HPLC column, with UV detection at various wavelengths. Some vitamins are strongly hydrophilic, so the column needs to operate in 100% aqueous buffer to gain sufficient retention to resolve them from the matrix. The Acclaim PA can do this reliably whereas a hydrophobic C18 column would likely suffer dewetting.
