The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim Polar Advantage-II HPLC column with a UV detection at 270 nm. With a run time of 35 minutes, the method allows easy separation of Vitamin C, B12, Folic Acid and E from Multivitamin Capsule.
