气相色谱法测定白酒中的微量成分

Instrument Type: GC

Determining Vicinal Diketones in Beer Using Valve-and-Loop Headspace Analysis

Instrument Type: GC

The Thermo Scientific Triplus 300 Headspace Autosampler has been coupled to the Thermo Scientific Trace 1310 Gas Chromatograph for the analysis of 2,3-pentanedione and 2,3 butanedione in beer according to the method issued by the European Brewery Convention in 1999. One critical point of this method is the need to incubate the samples at 35°C. In this study the Triplus 300 HS has been successfully operated at a constant temperature of 35°C without any cryogenic device.

Improved assay of vanilla extract on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim 120 C18 HPLC column

Instrument Type: HPLC

The Thermo Scientific Acclaim 120 C18 column is used for the analysis of vanilla extract. With an analysis time of under 16 minutes, the Thermo Scientific Acclaim 120 C18 column provides separation approximately 4 times faster than that by AOAC Official Method 990.25.

Accelerated assays of vanilla extract on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim 120 C18 RSLC column

Instrument Type: UHPLC

The AOAC Official Method 990.25 takes over 1 hour to run. In this work the Thermo Scientific Acclaim RSLC C18 column has improved selectivity and a much shorter run time. Using well-known geometric scaling rules, the assay can be accelerated sixfold. Doubling the flow rate accelerates the analysis 12-fold, with no sacrifice in the quality of the separation.

Rapid determination of the components of artificial vanilla flavor on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim PolarAdvantage II (PA2) column

Instrument Type: HPLC

The Thermo Scientific Acclaim PA2 3 µm column is used to separate the components of artificial vanilla by HPLC-UV. With a total run time of less than 3.5 minutes the method allows fast detection of the components present.
