Accelerated assays of vanilla extract on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim 120 C18 RSLC column
Description
The AOAC Official Method 990.25 takes over 1 hour to run. In this work the Thermo Scientific Acclaim RSLC C18 column has improved selectivity and a much shorter run time. Using well-known geometric scaling rules, the assay can be accelerated sixfold.
