Separation of Vitamin C, Vitamin B12, Folic Acid and Vitamin-E from Multivitamin Capsules.

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC system is applied for the separation of multivitamins (Folic Acid,Vitamins C, B12, and E from a Multivitamin Capsule. The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim Polar Advantage-II HPLC column with a UV detection at 270 nm. With a run time of 35 minutes, the method allows easy separation of Vitamin C, B12, Folic Acid and E from Multivitamin Capsule.

Separation of the related impurities of Phenoxybenzamine

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC system is applied for the separation of related impurities of Phenoxybenzamine. The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim Polar Advantage column with a UV detection at 219 nm. With a run time of 60 minutes, the method allows easy separation of related impurities of Phenoxybenzamine. Tertiary amine and Stage III impurity are well separated with 5.4 resolution. The RRT of Tertiary amine with respect to Phenoxybenzamine is 0.3.

Separation of process intermediate stages of Glutamine.

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC system is applied for the analysis of Glutamine intermediates The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim Polar Advantage HPLC column. There are 3 different stages which are highly polar, mid polar and non polar in nature and need to be separated, these stages are termed as Stage-IC, Stage-II-B and Stage-III Stage-I-C, Stage-II B and Stage –III are well separated and are easily detected up to 0.15 ppm when spiked with Stage-III.

本方法参照国标GBT21916-2008和GBT5009.35, 这两个国标分别只同时检测了八种色素, 本文的方 法实现了9种色素同时检测。本实验使用Acclaim PA 柱,相比GBT21916-2008使用Diomonsil C18色谱柱和 GBT5009.35使用YWG-C18 10μm色谱,柱出峰顺序有 微小差别,分离度更好,可能是因为Acclaim C18的柱子 硅球粒度、封端更均匀。 标样过wax小柱回收率较好(见表7),而样品由于 受基质影响较大,加标回收率某些组分不高。
