Description

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC system is applied for the separation of related impurities of Phenoxybenzamine. The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim Polar Advantage column with a UV detection at 219 nm. With a run time of 60 minutes, the method allows easy separation of related impurities of Phenoxybenzamine. Tertiary amine and Stage III impurity are well separated with 5.4 resolution. The RRT of Tertiary amine with respect to Phenoxybenzamine is 0.3.
