Separation of Acidic and Basic charge variants of Denosumab by Ion Exchange chromatography using pH Gradient Buffers
Description
The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC Bio-LC system is applied for the Ion Exchange analysis of Denosumab. The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific MAbPac SCX-10 and pH gradient buffers with a UV detection at 280 nm. With a run time of 50 minutes the method allows easy separation of charge variants of Denosumab.Market: | BioPharma |
