Separation of Acidic and Basic charge variants of Denosumab by Ion Exchange chromatography using pH Gradient Buffers Be the first to rate this application

Description

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC Bio-LC system is applied for the Ion Exchange analysis of Denosumab. The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific MAbPac SCX-10 and pH gradient buffers with a UV detection at 280 nm. With a run time of 50 minutes the method allows easy separation of charge variants of Denosumab.
