Description
This is an e-workflow for rum analysis using HPAE-PAD. The method descried here uses Dionex CarboPac PA20 column to separate residual sugars in commercial rum samples. A faster analysis may be possible on the Dionex CarboPac SA10 column. This was a quick feasibility study and we believe the AminoTrap guard column used here can be replaced by the Dionex CarboPac PA20 guard. Rum samples were diluted 100-fold with DI water before analysis.Market: | Food and Beverage |
