EP 8.0 monograph - impurity determination of ceftriaxone sodium using a C18 HPLC column

Instrument Type: HPLC

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC system is applied for the analysis of ceftriaxone sodium and its impurities. The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific Syncronis C18 HPLC column using the method described in the EP 8.0 monograph. The results obtained for resolution exceeded the criteria stated in the EP monograph. Resolution between ceftriaxone sodium and impurity A (ceftriaxone sodium E isomer) was 10.0 (EP criteria of minimum 3.0).

A simple isocratic method for the determination of bimatoprost and its impurities using revered-phase HPLC-UV

Instrument Type: HPLC

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC system is applied for the analysis of bimatoprost and its impurities. The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific Accucore Phenyl-Hexyl HPLC column using a simple isocratic reversed-phase method.

Extraction and determination of oxymorphone and its isomer from human plasma using Thermo Scientific HyperSep SLE and a Thermo Scientific Hypersil GOLD HPLC column

Instrument Type: LCMS

The Thermo Scientific HPLC system is applied for the determination of oxymorphone and its isomer from human plasma. The samples are prepared using Thermo Scientific HyperSep solid supported liquid-liquid extraction (SLE), and the separation performed using a Thermo Scientific Hypersil GOLD HPLC column. For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Improved analysis of lisinopril by HPLC-UV using a Thermo Scientific Accucore RP-MS column

Instrument Type: HPLC

The Thermo Scientific HPLC system is applied for the analysis of lisinopril. The separation is performed on a Thermo Scientific Accucore RP-MS column, with UV detection at 210 nm.

An improved separation of vitamin K isomers using the Thermo Scientific Acclaim C30 HPLC column

Instrument Type: HPLC

In this work the Thermo Scientific Acclaim C30 column provides good resolution between both vitamin K1 and vitamin K2 and corresponding isomers, while the C18 column fails to separate these isomers.
