Separation of oxidized and deamidated impurities of Infliximab by reverse phase chromatography

Instrument Type: HPLC (Biocompatible)

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 Bio-LC system is applied for the Reverse phase analysis of Infliximab. The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific MabPac RP column with UV detection at 214 nm. All oxidized and deamidated impurities are well separated.

High resolution charge variant analysis of Cetuximab by ion exchange chromatography using pH gradient buffers

Instrument Type: HPLC (Biocompatible)

The Thermo Scientific MAbPac SCX-10 column is applied to the charge variant analysis of Cetuximab. Ion exchange separation was performed using a pH gradient on a Thermo Scientific Vanquish Flex UHPLC system with UV detection at 280 nm. Use of Thermo Scientific CX-1 pH gradient buffers enabled high resolution separation of monoclonal antibody charge variants over a 30 minute gradient.

High resolution charge variant analysis of Infliximab by ion exchange chromatography using pH gradient buffers

Instrument Type: HPLC (Biocompatible)

The Thermo Scientific MAbPac SCX-10 column is applied for charge variant analysis of Infliximab. Ion exchange separation was performed on a Vanquish Flex UHPLC system using a pH gradient and UV detection at 280 nm. Use of Thermo Scientific CX-1 pH gradient buffers enabled high resolution separation of monoclonal antibody charge variants over a 30 minute gradient.

High resolution charge variant analysis of Bevacizumab by ion exchange chromatography using pH gradient buffers

Instrument Type: HPLC (Biocompatible)

Ion exchange separation is applied for charge variant analysis of Bevacizumab using a pH gradient on a Thermo Scientific MAbPac SCX-10 column. The Thermo Scientific Vanquish Flex UHPLC system with UV detection at 280 nm was used with Thermo Scientific CX-1 pH gradient buffers enabled high resolution separation of monoclonal antibody charge variants over a 30 minute gradient.

Concentration determination of a Bevacizumab harvest sample by using an Affinity capture Protein-A column

Instrument Type: HPLC (Biocompatible)

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC Bio-LC system is applied for the affinity analysis for concentration determination of Bevacizumab Harvest Sample. The analysis was performed on a Thermo Scientific MabPac Protein A column with a UV detection at 280 nm. With a run time of 3.0 minutes, the method allows easy and fast estimation of Protein content in harvest sample of Bevacizumab. Linearity from 0.05-2.0 mg/mL with RSD of 0.5% (n=3)
