Dionex IonPac AS23-4µm Column Performance Test Using its QAR Method

Instrument Type: IC

Before running any samples, Thermo Scientific recommends that you first confirm the performance of the column by reproducing the lot validation report chromatogram shipped with column. Compare your results with the one reported in the quality assurance report. This record provides an eWorkflow for executing the QAR method on an Integrion HPIC system.

AU203: Determination of Trace Concentrations of Oxyhalides and Bromide in Municipal and Bottled Waters Using a Compact Ion Chromatography System

Instrument Type: IC

To demonstrate that oxyhalides and bromide can be run successfully using a Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ Integrion™ HPIC™ system combined with a Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ IonPac™ AS19-4μm column, featuring smaller resin particles, to achieve faster analysis without compromising data quality compared to using the Dionex IonPac AS19 column as in Application Note 167.

AU200: Fast Anion Determinations in Environmental Waters Using a High-Pressure Compact Ion Chromatography System

Instrument Type: IC

The determination of anions is one of the most important IC applications. Here we have updated Application Note 154 with the 4µm-resin-particle IonPac AS18-Fast-4µm column with expected backpressures approaching the previous system's limitations. In this Application Update, fast anion runs (9 min) were achieved with a gradient separation, saving 4 min run time with while retaining similar chromatography with higher sensitivity than the previous application. This analysis was facilitated by the high pressure capable Dionex Integrion HPIC system configured for Reagent-Free IC.

Determination of Inorganic Anions in Environmental Waters Using a Compact Ion Chromatography System

Instrument Type: IC

This method shows the determination of inorganic anions in an environmental water sample, previously published in Application Note 154. In this record, the method is executed on an Integrion HPIC system with eluent generation.

Determination of Anions in Municipal Drinking Water Using a Carbonate Eluents on a Compact Ion Chromatography System

Instrument Type: IC

This record shows a 5-min, fast separation of anions in a municipal drinking water sample on the 4µm resin particle format IonPac AS22-Fast-4µm column. This method upgrades Application Brief AB120 by improving the separation using the 4µm resin particle column to produce more efficient peaks. The Integrion ion chromatography system is designed to work with the high pressures generated by the 4µm particles to deliver the improved separation.
