Fast analysis for separation of related Impurities of Rasagiline Mesylate by using Core shell Technology.

Instrument Type: UHPLC

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC system is applied to the separation of the related impurities of Rasagiline Mesylate. The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific Accucore C18 HPLC column with UV detection at 210 nm. With a total run time of 30 minutes the method allows separation of all related impurities of Rasagiline Mesylate. In this method the run time was reduced by 50% by using Core shell technology ,still allowing the monitoring of potential late eluting process related impurities. The previous method was of 60 minutes using a fully porous C18 column.

Selecting buffers to remove uncertainty in tryptic digestion

Instrument Type: HPLC

The Thermo Scientific SMART Digest kit was used for the digestion of insulin. A variety of common buffer additives were compared to the SMART Digest buffer. Samples were analyzed on a Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 RSLC system via reversed-phase separation on a Thermo Scientific Accucore C18 column, with UV detection at 280 nm.

Accurate assay analysis of fenpiverinium, pitofenone and diclofenac in parental formulation by HPLC-UV

Instrument Type: HPLC

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC system is applied for the analysis of fenpiverinium, pitofenone and dicofenac in formulation. The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific Accucore C18 HPLC column with UV detection at 210 and 286 nm.

Simple HPLC-UV method for the determination of itraconazole impurities

Instrument Type: HPLC

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC system is applied for the analysis of itraconazole impurities. The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific Accucore C18 HPLC column with UV detection at 225 nm.

Improved analysis of ibuprofen and valerophenone using a Thermo Scientific Accucore C18 column

Instrument Type: HPLC

The Thermo Scientific HPLC system is applied for the analysis of ibuprofen and valerophenone. The separation is performed on a Thermo Scientific Accucore C18 column. The method of analysis is based on the USP monograph.
