In this paper, three methods for the detection of methamphetamine in water samples were established based on thermo Field Ultimate 3000 liquid chromatography platform. The LOD of methamphetamine was 10ng/mL by mass injection. The large volume injection method points out the direction for the subsequent development of online-SPE and LC combined method.
