trace element analysis foods using tq icpms

Description

The measurement of potentially harmful substances including toxic metals in food has become a major topic of public interest in recent years. Therefore, the screening of food samples for food safety and nutritional labeling is an important task. The ICP-MS was operated using a single measurement mode (TQ-O2) to screen the entire mass range (lithium to uranium). In total, full quantitation of 32 elements were demonstrated in a variety of different foods.
