A robust, sensitive, and reliable multi-residue LC-MS/MS method workflow solution that uses the Thermo Scientific TSQ Altis triple quadrupole mass spectrometer provides analysis and quantitation of more than 160 veterinary drugs with the Thermo Scientific VetDrugs Explorer Collection solution in salmon (fillet), bovine muscle, and milk. The complete instrument and data processing method including SRM settings is included with the VetDrugs Explorer Collection start-to-finish workflow solution. In 17 minutes, the target veterinary drugs were detected and quantified in food matrices.
This work demonstrates the use of Thermo Scientific SOLAμ SPE product to enhance sample pre-concentration prior to analysis. Additional benefits include reduced workflow and improved stability for analytes susceptible to loss or degradation during evaporation and reconstitution. The use of a Thermo Scientific Accucore HPLC column provided fast and efficient separation without the need for an ultra high pressure system. MS/MS detection was performed on a Thermo Scientific TSQ Vantage mass spectrometer. For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
The Thermo Scientific Dionex Ultimate 3000 system is applied to demonstrate how the Thermo Scientific SOLAμ SPE product can be used to facilitate the scale down of an extraction method when sample volume is limited. The Thermo Scientific Accucore HPLC column provided fast and efficient separation without the need for an ultra high pressure system. MS/MS detection was performed on a Thermo Scientific TSQ Vantage mass spectrometer. For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 HPLC system is applied for the analysis of niflumic acid in human plasma. The samples were prepared using SOLA WAX solid phase extraction (SPE) cartridges, and the separation performed on a Thermo Scientific Accucore RP-MS HPLC column, with MS/MS detection. For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
