Description
The Thermo Scientific Dionex Ultimate 3000 system is applied to demonstrate how the Thermo Scientific SOLAμ SPE product can be used to facilitate the scale down of an extraction method when sample volume is limited. The Thermo Scientific Accucore HPLC column provided fast and efficient separation without the need for an ultra high pressure system.
