Description

The Thermo Scientific HPLC system is applied for the determination of catechins and phenolic acids in red wine. The samples are prepared using Thermo Scientific HyperSep Retain PEP solid phase extraction (SPE) cartridges, and the separation performed on a Thermo Scientific Accucore PFP HPLC column.
