Description
Thermo Scientific HyperSep solid-supported liquid-liquid extraction (SLE) is compared to traditional liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) for the extraction of beta blockers. The analysis is performed on a Thermo Scientific HPLC system using a Thermo Scientific Accucore C18 HPLC column. By using Thermo Scientific HyperSep SLE instead of traditional LLE methods, recovery of the analytes can be improved and the extraction time significantly reduced. For Research Use Only.
