Description
This work shows an accurate IC method for determination of mono-, di-, and triphosphate species and citrate in shrimp. The sample is treated on-line using the Dionex InGuard HRP cartridge to reduce sample preparation time, error, and contamination. The eluent used in this application is produced by an eluent generator to preclude labor or error associated with eluent preparation.
