Analysis of perfluoro-octanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorooctanesulfonic acid (PFOS) in tap water using reversed-phase HPLC with suppressed conductivity detection

Description
The separation of perfluoro-octanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorooctanesulfonic acid (PFOS) in tap water was performed on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim PolarAdvantage II (PA2) HPLC column, with on-line sample concentration and suppressed conductivity detection. Chromatogram A is Sunnyvale tap water spiked with PFOA and PFOS and chromatogram B is a control.Market: | Environmental |
