AN105: Glycosylation Analysis of Human Serum Transferrin Glycoforms Using Pellicular Anion-Exchange Chromatography
Description
Variation of glycoprotein sialylation has significant clinical implications. For example, human serum transferrin (HST) of cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, and haemochromatosis patients show an increased level of HST sialylation; whereas patients with heavy alcohol consumption show a high incidence of asialo glycoforms. Here we show separation of those glycoforms.Market: | BioPharma |
