AN1113 Determination of Chloride and Sulfate using Hydroxide Eluent

Description
In this study, the determination of chloride and sulfate in soil and water samples is demonstrated using two systems: an integrated Dionex ICS-2100 system that operates as a Reagent-Free IC (RFIC) system and a Dionex ICS-5000+ HPIC system that is capable of supporting high-pressure IC and is also a RFIC system. The separation is achieved using a Dionex IonPac AS22 Analytical column or, when using high-pressure IC, a Dionex IonPac AS18-4µm Analytical column.For both methods, the separated analytes are detected using suppressed conductivity detection.
