Description

In this Application Note, the determination of phosphate with a Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ RFIC-EG™ system and suppressed conductivity detection is described. This method directly determines phosphate without any derivitization in 5 min, saving sample and time. This method is used to determine phosphate in six lots of ovalbumin, and single lots of phosvitin and b-casein. The Dionex RFIC-EG system delivers fast, accurate, and reproducible determinations of the phosphate contents of phosphorylated proteins.
