Concentration determination of a Bevacizumab harvest sample by using an Affinity capture Protein-A column

Instrument Type: HPLC (Biocompatible)

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC Bio-LC system is applied for the affinity analysis for concentration determination of Bevacizumab Harvest Sample. The analysis was performed on a Thermo Scientific MabPac Protein A column with a UV detection at 280 nm. With a run time of 3.0 minutes, the method allows easy and fast estimation of Protein content in harvest sample of Bevacizumab. Linearity from 0.05-2.0 mg/mL with RSD of 0.5% (n=3)

pH gradient with Vanquish Flex UHPLC system and MAbPAc SCX-10

Instrument Type: HPLC (Biocompatible)

Charge variants analysis by ion exchange chromatography is one of the major analyses in biotherapeutics characterization. Here we show charge variant analysis of a therapeutic antibody with The Thermo Scientific Vanquish Flex UHPLC in combination with the Thermo Scientific MAbPac SCX-10, 5 µm. The ion exchange separation was performed in pH gradient mode by usingthe Thermo Scientific CX-1 pH-Gradient buffers.

AN210: Determination of the Phosphate Content of Phosphorylated Proteins

Instrument Type: IC

In this Application Note, the determination of phosphate with a Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ RFIC-EG™ system and suppressed conductivity detection is described. This method directly determines phosphate without any derivitization in 5 min, saving sample and time. This method is used to determine phosphate in six lots of ovalbumin, and single lots of phosvitin and b-casein. The Dionex RFIC-EG system delivers fast, accurate, and reproducible determinations of the phosphate contents of phosphorylated proteins.
