LC-MS/MS analysis of polar pesticides in honey with QuPPe extraction

Instrument Type: LCMSMS

We present a sensitive, robust, fast method to determine and quantify residues of polar pesticides in food samples in complex matrices at required regulatory levels. The Thermo Scientific UltiMate 3400 RSLC system is used in combination with a Thermo Scientific TSQ Quantiva triple quadrupole mass spectrometer to analyze QuPPe method extracts. The robustness of the system allows uninterrupted analysis of up to 500 honey samples and easy cleaning of the ion introduction system.

Quantitative Measurement of Plasma Free Metanephrines by Ion-Pairing Solid Phase Extraction and LC-MS/MS with Porous Graphitic Carbon Column

Instrument Type: LCMSMS

Plasma free metanephrine (MN) and normetanephrine (NMN), collectively known as Pmets, are important molecules for clinical research. Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) has become widely used to measure Pmets because of its high analytical sensitivity and specificity. Because Pmets are very polar, special solid phase extraction (SPE) and chromatographic methods have been developed for their analysis. Ion-paring (IP)-SPE, which has been used to purify a wide range of polar compounds, is well suited for the purification of Pmets.

Separation of L-Cystine, Carboxylic acid and Triethylamine by using UV detection.

Instrument Type: HPLC

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC system is applied for the analysis of L-Cystine, Carboxylic acid and Triethylamine. The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific Hypercarb HPLC column with UV detection at 200 nm. With a total run time of 48 minutes, the method allows easy separation of L-Cystine, Carboxylic acid and Triethylamine.

Fast analysis of tuberculostatics by LC-MS

Instrument Type: LCMS

The Thermo Scientific HPLC system is applied for the analysis of tuberculostatics. The separation is performed on a Thermo Scientific Hypercarb column in less than 10 minutes, with MS detection.

Rapid analysis of glucosamine sulfate by LC-MS

Instrument Type: LCMS

The Thermo Scientific HPLC system is applied for the analysis of glucosamine sulfate. The separation is performed on a Thermo Scientific Hypercarb column in less than 5 minutes, with MS detection.
