Description

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC system is applied for the analysis of L-Cystine, Carboxylic acid and Triethylamine. The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific Hypercarb HPLC column with UV detection at 200 nm. With a total run time of 48 minutes, the method allows easy separation of L-Cystine, Carboxylic acid and Triethylamine.
