Description

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 RS system is applied for the analysis of omega fatty acids in chicken fat. The separation of 14 fatty acids was performed in less than 24 minutes on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim C30 5 µm column with a Thermo Scientific Dionex Corona Ultra charged aerosal detector (CAD).
