An improved analysis of multiple NITC derivatives of volatile amines using Thermo Scientific Acclaim RSLC 120 C18 HPLC column Be the first to rate this application

Description

This work demonstrates the analysis of the multiple NITC derivatives of volatine amines using the Thermo Scientific Acclaim RSLC 120 C18 column with reversed-phase, gradient elution. 1-naphthyl isothiocyanate (NITC) reacts with amines in the trap, to produce a UV-absorbing thiourea derivative. This approach provides improved peak shape, better detection limits, faster analysis time and overall better economy.
