Demonstration of improved resolution and efficiency for the analysis of fat soluble vitamins using a solid core C18 4 μm HPLC column
Description
The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 RSLC system is applied for the determination of fat soluble vitamins. The separation is performed on a Thermo Scientific Accucore XL C18 HPLC column, with UV detection at 280 nm. Compared to a conventional 5 μm fully porous column using the same experimental conditions, the Accucore XL C18 4 μm HPLC column provides improved efficiency and resolution.| Market: | Food and Beverage |
