Analysis of phytonadione using a silica HPLC column meets USP 39 monograph specifications

Instrument Type: HPLC

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC system is applied for the assay analysis of phytonadione. The analysis was performed on a Thermo Scientific Hypersil GOLD Silica HPLC column using the method described in the USP 39 monograph. The results obtained for resolution met the criteria stated in the USP. The results obtained for resolution between the peaks due to (Z)-phytonadione and (E)-phytonadione was 2.1 (USP criteria of NLT 1.5).

Separation of Isomers of Vitamin K1Using Normal Phase HPLC

Instrument Type: UHPLC

Vitamin K1 isomers and related compounds are separated using a silica HPLC column and a normal phase solvent system. The correct silica type and mobile phase equilibration are important considerations in order to achieve good resolution and retention time reproducibility.

Fast and simple isocratic method for the analysis of vitamin K1 and K2

Instrument Type: HPLC

The Thermo Scientific HPLC system is applied for the analysis of vitamin K1 and K2. The separation is performed on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim HILIC-10 column, with UV detection at 265 nm.

Simple isocratic method for the separation of fat-soluble vitamins

Instrument Type: HPLC

The Thermo Scientific UltiMate 3000 RSLC system is applied for the analysis of fat-soluble vitamins. The separation is performed using a Thermo Scientific Acclaim Phenyl-1 column, with UV detection at 220 nm.

Improved analysis of fat-soluble vitamin standards using a Thermo Scientific Acclaim PolarAdvantage (PA) column

Instrument Type: HPLC

The Thermo Scientific HPLC system is applied for the analysis of fat-soluble vitamin standards. The separation is performed using a Thermo Scientific Acclaim PolarAdvantage (PA) column, with UV detection at 385 nm.
