The Thermo Scientific Vanquish H system with fluorescence detection is applied for the glycan profile comparison of a biosimilar candidate produced ‘in house’ using Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line using HILIC-based chromatographic separation on Accucore 150-Amide-HILIC column.
