We developed a high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) method for the forensic toxicological analysis of EtG and EtS in urine with limits of quantitation (LOQs) of 100 and 50 ng/mL, respectively, using only urine dilution as sample preparation.
