Description

The Thermo Scientific UltiMate 3000 HPLC system is applied for the size exclusion chromatography analysis of polyacrylic acid. The separation is performed on a Thermo Scientific Acclaim SEC-1000 HPLC column, with both charged aerosol detection (CAD) and UV detection. The CAD provides superior results with LOQ around 0.015 µg/mL.
