determination lactose lactosefree milk

Description

This work describes a sensitive and accurate method to extract, separate, and quantify lactose and lactulose in milk-based products. The method uses a Dionex CarboPac PA20 column with PAD to quantify lactose and lactulose in a separation time of less than 30 min. The use of disposable gold electrodes provides the benefit of high electrode-to-electrode reproducibility and rapid equilibration upon installation.
