Description
The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate system is applied for the analysis of amino acids. These are the most abundant neurochemicals in the brain. There are both excitatory (Glutamate) and inhibitory (GABA) amino acids that act as neurotransmitters. Analysis of amino acids requires the preparation of derivatives to achieve sufficient sensitivity for analysis.
