三乙酸甘油酯是醋酸纤维滤棒的常用增塑剂,为了使滤 棒达到足够的硬度,三醋酸甘油酯的用量一般为整个滤 棒重量的6% ~ 10%。当用量低于6% 时,滤棒硬度达不 到生产要求;大于10% 时,滤棒较硬,且会使三醋酸甘 油酯向烟支内部转移。因此,三醋酸甘油酯的使用量, 将直接影响到滤棒的硬度、压降和缩头等[1-2],并进而影 响滤棒的过滤效率及卷烟的抽吸质量。因此,在卷烟的 生产过程中,监测醋酸纤维滤棒中三乙酸甘油酯的含量, 对卷烟的生产以及质量控制具有重要的指导意义。
