Separation of related impurities of Furosemide injection as per BP Monograph.

Instrument Type: HPLC

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 LC system is applied for the separation of related impurities of Furosemide Injection as per BP Monograph 2007. The separation was performed on a Thermo Scientific Syncronis C8 HPLC column with UV detection at 238 nm. With a total run time of 36 minutes the method allows separation of all related impurities of Furosemide. The obtained Relative retention time of Impurity C, B, A, E and D with respect to Furosemide peak are as 0.39, 0.43, 0.76, 1.28 and 1.5 minutes respectively

Rapid LC-MS/MS determination of HCTZ and Losartan from human plasma using Thermo Scientific SOLA SCX SPE and a Thermo Scientific Accucore aQ HPLC column

Instrument Type: LCMSMS

The Thermo Scientific HPLC system is applied for the analysis of Losartan and HCTZ in human plasma. The samples were prepared using SOLA SCX solid phase extraction (SPE), and the separation performed in 2 minutes on a Thermo Scientific Accucore aQ HPLC column, with MS/MS detection. For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
