In this work, the analytical performance of a new single quadrupole GC-MS system using the Advanced Electron Ionization (AEI) source was tested for the quantification of phthalates in cooking oil.
本文采用高效液相色谱法 - 测定塑胶玩具中十六种邻苯二甲酸酯残留量。在 1.0 µg/mL-100 µg/mL 范围内,十六种邻苯二甲酸酯均呈良好线性关系。在 2.0 µg/mL和 20 µg/mL 添加水平下,十六种邻苯二甲酸酯回收率均位于 75%-125%,方法的检出限可到 1 µg/mL。该方法可很好地满足塑胶玩具中十六种邻苯二甲酸酯残留量的监测。
Phthalates are known endocrine disruptors that have been used to deliberately adulterate beverages and sports drinks in Taiwan. Phthalates and other plasticizers are ubiquitous contaminants particularly in fatty foodstuffs. Contamination arises from numerous sources such as the environment and food packaging. Cross-contamination with phthalates can easily arise during trace analysis in the laboratory and there are significant advantages in minimizing sample handling through online automated analysis. A method using online Thermo Scientific TurboFlow chromatography is presented.
