Description

EPA Method 555 is a HPLC method for the determination of certain chlorinated acids in ground water and finished drinking water using reversed-phase columns and diode-array detection. In this example, a fast, high-resolution separation of chlorinated acids in ground water is achieved using the Thermo Scientific Acclaim RSLC PolarAdvantage 2.2 µm column with an analysis cycle time of about 12 minutes.
