Rapid LC-MS/MS analysis of Montelukast in human plasma using Thermo Scientific SOLA SAX SPE and a Thermo Scientific Accucore C8 HPLC column
Description
The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 HPLC system is applied for the analysis of montelukast in human plasma. The samples were prepared using a SOLA SAX solid phase extraction (SPE) 96 well plate, and the separation performed in under 1.5 minutes on a Thermo Scientific Accucore C8 HPLC column, with MS/MS detection.
