Description

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 HPLC system is applied for the determination of asenapine maleate impurities. The separation is performed on a Thermo Scientific Accucore C8 HPLC column which provides excellent resolution (Rs >12) between asenapine and its cis-isomer impurity.
