Comparison of the analysis of a peptide mix with formic acid mobile phase additive
Description
The Thermo Scientific HPLC system is applied for the analysis of a peptide mix. The separation is performed on both a Thermo Scientific Acclaim 300 C18 HPLC column (chromatogram A) and Thermo Scientific PolarAdvantage II (PA2) HPLC column (chromatogram B).
