An accurate related substances analysis of dexlansoprazole in formulation using reversed-phase HPLC-UV

In this work, the acid degradation products present in the formulation of dexlansoprazole were accurately quantified using the Thermo Scientific Dionex Ultimate 3000 system with UV detection at 285 nm.
