Description

The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 system is applied for the impurity analysis of Polymyxin sulfate B. The separation was performed using a Thermo Scientific Syncronis C18 3 µm HPLC column with UV detection at 215 nm and a total run time of 60 minutes.
