Description

The Thermo Scientific Dionex U3000 RSLC system is applied for a UHPLC method with automated precolumn derivatization using OPA-NAC and fluorescence detection for the nalysis of both D-Asp and D-Ser in brain tissue. Separation of D-and L-aspartic acid, D- and L- serine and other amino acids was done with a Thermo Scientific Hypersil Gold 1.9 μm column. With a total run time of the 21 minutes the UHPLC method faster analysis and enhanced resolution over typical HPLC methods.
